Welcome to a public seminar on the intertwined nature of inequality and the biosphere! The purpose of this seminar is to share insights into ongoing research, cutting-edge talks, and different perspectives on the topic – to discuss and inspire an understanding of inequality as more than a socio-economic issue, and entangled with the climate and ecological crises we face.
The seminar is organised by the ‘Inequality and the Biosphere’ project, in collaboration with the Beijer Institute of Ecological Economics and the Stockholm Resilience Centre at Stockholm University.
The ‘Inequality and the Biosphere’ project is a collaboration between researchers at the Beijer Institute, the Stockholm Resilience Centre, Leiden University, the University of California, the University of Exeter, Stanford University, and others, funded by FORMAS (2020-00454).
