Once every year, about 30 Nobel Laureates convene in Lindau to meet the next generation of leading scientists: 500–600 undergraduates, PhD students, and post-doc researchers from all over the world. Next year’s meeting is dedicated to physics, and application is now open.
The Lindau Nobel Laureate Meetings offers young scientist a unique opportunity to meet scientists from different generations, cultures, and disciplines. The meeting will be held from 30 June–5 July 2019 on the island of Lindau, situated on Lake Constance in south Germany.
The Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences in collaboration with the Ragnar Söderberg Foundation are responsible for recommending Swedish participants to the Lindau Review Panel, which makes the final selection.
Applications must reach the Academy on 21 November, at the latest.
